  • We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.
  • Any mishandling, misuse of the product that results in personal injuries are not a part of the responsibility of RC-Mushroom Co..
  • Please note that RF regulation varies in different countries. We, RC-Mushroom LTD is only selling Hong Kong version of transmitter and/or receiver. For customer who wants to purchase the Hong Kong version of radio transmitter and/or receiver, it is customer's duty to contact with the original manufacturer to make sure the RF regulation is not against their local regulation.
  • When ordering any parts, it is the customer responsibility to make sure that the parts will fit his or her model. Please consult either the manufacturer or email your question to our support team before placing an order. We will answer your question to the best of our capability. Otherwise, we will redirect it to the manufacturer if we cannot answer your question.
  • If the item you wish to return is malfunctioned/not operational, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling the defective product directly.
  • Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
  • Defects found after the product has been used will be handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty (a copy of which can be obtained upon customer request), and the corresponding manufacturer will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you send us an e-mail before taking any action.
  • Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then discovered shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize the chance of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
  • Product specifications are subject to be changed without further notice. If prices are increased by the manufacturer, and we are forced to charge you a higher price then mentioned on the site, you will get a notice first. You will be asked to send a confirmation on the acceptance of the new price before the order is processed.
  • We offer 30 days factory defective warranty from the received date for products that has no mention of warranty period from the official manufactory's web site.
  • All in-stock items will be shipped in two business days after payment completed.
  • If you feel that your order is incomplete/has items missing, please carefully read your invoice as your order may have been shipped in two or more shifts and may arrive on two different days or/and keep all the shipping material and contact us immediately.
  • Customer is responsible for ALL custom/duty fees as determined by your country. If you are unsure of the potential custom duty fee required by your country, please contact your custom department before proceeding with this order.
  • The shipping quoted online is a best estimate for most countries. Shipping rate for some region may cost more. Some orders may require to be shipped in 2 boxes due to the shape of the product or over certain weight may cost more than price quoted online. In the event that the actual shipping cost more than the estimated price, we will notify customer for the difference.
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping fee and handling fee for any upgrade/replacement parts that manufacturer make up to customer after the original order is dispatched.
  • We reserved the right to refund any paypal payment which shipping address is not confirmed by Paypal. Buyers will be held fully responsible for any lost due to the currency exchange rate or any transaction fee Paypal charges.
  • We will not be responsible for any shipment delay caused by interference of unexpected incident.
  • All sales are final. No refund or exchange.
